Save StorySave this storySave StorySave this storyFlo are ready to jumpstart a second British invasion with their new album, Therapy at the Club. The follow-up to 2024’s Access All Areas arrives July 24 via Republic. The London-based girl group partnered with a number of powerhouse pop songwriters for the record, including the Grammy-winning Amy Allen and Sabrina Carpenter’s go-to Steph Jones. To ring in the big news, they’ve shared the title track today, too. Check out that new song below.

In a statement, Flo described Therapy at the Club as a “super personal” labor of love. “For us, the club is more than just a night out, it’s like therapy,” they wrote. “I mean, where else do you feel more understood than in a girls bathroom on a night out… that’s the vibe!”

Therapy at the Club includes the recent single “Leak It,” which became Flo’s highest-charting song. Rounding out the songwriting team on the new album are Julian Bunetta and Boy Matthews, as well as contributions from previous collaborators Skippz, Oak Felder, and Sevyn Streeter.
