Official Trailer for Mysterious Sci-Fi 'Signal One' w/ Quaid & Fuhrman

_ "We don't know if they're peaceful... or hostile."_ Shout Studios has revealed the official trailer for the indie sci-fi film titled Signal One**, formerly known as Littlemouth, ready to watch soon. An edge-of-your-seat story that asks what happens when we learn we aren't alone in the universe. This is dropping directly onto VOD in June – not a good sign, unfortunately. It also hasn't popped up at any festivals or anywhere else notable before this. What if we aren’t alone in the universe? A brilliant scientist is recruited by a charismatic tech billionaire to work on a secret project that might change humanity’s place in the universe – though it comes at great risk. Are they creating some kind of black hole? This "thought-provoking" film stars Isabelle Fuhrman, Dennis Quaid, David Thewlis, Josh Hutcherson, Raoul Bhaneja. Even with interesting ideas, this still looks like an instantly forgettable film. The quality of all the footage looks direct-to-VHS not even worthy of a TV debut. But maybe there's something intriguing within to discover...? Check it out below.

When tech billionaire Sam Houston hires the brilliant computer scientist Annika (Isabelle Fuhrman), she ventures to an isolated facility run by the brilliant, nihilistic creator of LITTLEMOUTH, a machine which can communicate with alien intelligence. Annika soon learns some humanity-altering facts: that we are not alone in the universe, that alien intelligences are communicating around us at every moment, and that we are likely too primitive to even remotely understand what they are trying to tell us. But when the goal of the endeavor shifts from listening to talking back, the project rapidly devolves into chaos. With contact comes consequences, and soon Annika and the team must work to ensure the very survival of our species._

Signal One, also titled Littlemouth, is written and directed by Canadian indie filmmaker Jonathon Sobol, director of the indie films A Beginner's Guide to Endings, The Art of the Steal, The Padre, and The Baker previously. Produced by Doug Murray, William G. Santor, Nicholas Tabarrok. This hasn't premiered at any film festivals or elsewhere, as far as we know. Radial Entertainment debuts Sobol's Signal One sci-fi thriller in select US theaters + on VOD starting June 5th, 2026 coming up this summer. Anyone want to watch?
