Super Intense Trailer for 'Pitfall' Trapped in a Spiked Pit Forest Horror

_ "We're being hunted..." "Run!!"_ Voltage Pictures has unveiled the intense official trailer for an indie horror film called Pitfall**, arriving for release in US theaters starting in May this summer. It initially premiered at Screamfest LA last fall. "Watch your step." After a young man gets separated from his friends while in the woods – he falls into a 10-foot deep pit of spikes, impaling him through the leg, leaving him trapped down there. He quickly learns his fall was not an accident. There is a killer after them – played by none other than Randy Couture. Ha. What a concept! It's about a scary serial killer guy who torments hikers by trapping them in a giant hidden pit with spikes in it? This is insane! Starring Richard Harmon, Randy Couture, Alexandra Essoe, Jordan Claire Robbins, Matt Hamilton, Stephanie Izsak, Brenna Llewellyn, Michael Ryan. As ridiculous as this premise is, it actually looks legit freaky and super intense! Just when you think it's over there's even more – the slasher axe guy, a runaway truck, rope traps in the woods... Dang!

He quickly learns that his fall was not an accident._ Pitfall is directed by B-movie genre filmmaker James Kondelik, director of the movies Airplane vs Tomorrow, Age of Tomorrow, Dam Sharks, Jurassic Galaxy, Hornet, and A Simple Payday previously. The screenplay is written by Victor Rose; from a story by James Kondelik. Produced by Alex Bogomolov and Wai Sun Cheng. This first premiered at Screamfest LA 2025 last year and it also played at Screamfest in New Orleans, too.
