Watch Foo Fighters Perform Two Songs on Colbert
Save StorySave this storySave StorySave this storyFoo Fighters were the musical guests on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert last night (April 4). Before the performance of a pair of songs—“Window” and “Caught in the Echo”—Dave Grohl joined Colbert to discuss the end of Nirvana, the origins of Foo Fighters’ 31-year career, and the advice he would give to daughter Violet Grohl, whom he has helped springboard into a career as a rock-pop star. Watch it go down below.
Grohl went on to share anecdotes about the latest Foos album, the But Here We Are follow-up Your Favorite Toy, which he helped promote on a day off by hiding CDs with a bunch of unreleased music around the San Fernando Valley area. The band is preparing to head out on a stadium tour this summer.
